Returns and Exchange Policy
We work very hard to ensure that our products meet the expectations of our customers. However, if your [JWGaming] doesn’t fit or you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
We will accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please note, we are unable to exchange or refund personalised products.
Important information before you return your item:
The cost of return shipping for unsuitable items are not covered by [JWGaming] and remains the customer's responsibility. However, if the item is faulty, delivery charges will be reimbursed along with refund or exchange. Proof of payment will be required for the shipping charges.
Each item returned must be in their original new condition, unsealed, unworn and with its original packaging.
Personalised products (unless faulty) are not refundable.
Gift cards are not refundable.
All items returned will be quality checked. You will lose your right to cancel/return if you unseal goods or there is evidence of unnecessary handling, wear or damage.
Once we received your parcel and accept your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days from the date receiving the item(s) back to [JWGaming]. Please note it may take a few days (5-10 days) for the refunded money to show in your account.
How to return/exchange your order
1. Contact [JWGaming] on how to proceed with a return.
2. Re-package your item(s) along with a copy of the original invoice.
3. Take it to your local post office and post to:

It is advisable to send the item by Recorded Delivery for your own records. Please keep your proof of postage until the return is fully processed. We will keep you up to date on the process of your return via email, please allow 5-7 days.
